The American Society for Veterinary Clinical Pathology (ASVCP) Symposium 2027 is a continuing education event for all clinical pathology enthusiasts including pathologists, veterinary laboratory professionals, biomedical scientists, pathology trainees, veterinary
specialists and general practitioners, and veterinary students. Held April 16–19, 2027, in Asheville, North Carolina, this symposium will provide a welcoming forum for sharing knowledge and advances in veterinary clinical pathology. Participants can expect lectures from renowned speakers, oral and poster research abstract sessions, mystery cases, and interactive panel discussions highlighting hematology, cytology, clinical chemistry, molecular diagnostics, and education. The program fosters collaboration between academia, industry, and clinical practice, offering practical insights that enhance diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes.

Who Can Join ASVCP?
Membership in the ASVCP is open to veterinary clinical pathologists, clinical pathology
residents and graduate students, medical technologists (through the affiliated Veterinary
Laboratory Professionals group), anatomic pathologists, scientists, veterinary and medical
specialists, veterinary practitioners, and veterinary students with an interest in clinical pathology.

This program has been submitted, but not yet has been approved for up to twenty (20) hours of continuing education credit in jurisdictions that recognize RACE approval. Credit may only be requested during the live presentation. On-demand viewing post-conference will not qualify for CE credit. To request RACE CE credit, complete the registration form and be sure to include your license number(s), and jurisdiction(s).

Attendee Cancellations, Substitution and Refund
The course tuition is refundable, minus a $100 processing fee (professional and industry), a $50 processing fee (student, resident, or fellow), or a $10.00 processing fee (gala dinner only) if your cancellation is received in writing (email) no later than 5:00 pm Eastern Standard, Thursday, March 25, 2027. Attendee substitutions are allowed, but notification must be made in writing by 5:00 pm Eastern Standard, Thursday, March 25, 2027. After this date, under no circumstances can we issue refunds, credits, or substitutions. No refunds or credits will be given to "no shows." No refunds shall be made for cancellations due to inclement weather, civil unrest, war, pandemic, etc. Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the Symposium
Family / Guest Attendance Policy
All conference activities are exclusively reserved for paid conference attendees. Children (under 18) and family members are not allowed to attend meal functions or permitted in the general session room with the exception of the (optional) gala dinner in which everyone is invited to attend at the expense of the attendee.
ASVCP Conference Modification
ASVCP reserves the right to modify the course's schedule or program as necessary.
Recording and Photography Clause
ASVCP reserves exclusive rights to record (audio and video) and / or photograph all conference proceedings for use in marketing materials, presentations, and course content sales.
